Corrections are the message we most want to get. Every factual claim on this site carries the URL and the date we read it, which means any of them can be wrong by the time you read it — sportsbook terms change without notice and without a changelog.

Reporting Something Wrong

If a limit, a fee or a clause on this site no longer matches what the sportsbook publishes, tell us which page and which sportsbook. A link to the current version of the sportsbook's own page is enough; we do not need an argument, just the source. We will re-read it and update the entry with a new date, or remove the claim if we cannot verify it any more.

What We Will Not Do

We do not accept payment for placement, we do not run sponsored reviews, and we do not remove a documented clause because an operator asks. If you represent a sportsbook and believe something here is inaccurate, the route is the same as anyone else's: send the page that contradicts it.

What We Cannot Help With

We are not an arbitration service and we have no leverage over any operator. If a sportsbook is holding your balance, we cannot get it back for you — nobody in this category can, which is the reason this site exists. What we can do is record it. If you have documentation of a withdrawal that was refused, delayed or split into smaller payments, that is exactly the kind of evidence our reviews rely on.
